WHAT IS BASE?
BASE building and shaping exercises by Spring CDT is a comprehensive training program for athletes of all ages and abilities. BASE can be done at home or in the gym! It’s an easy way to master building elements and gain confidence.
WHAT DOES BASE DO?
BASE allows participants to:

Improve precision, accuracy & consistency

-Equipment tutorials using simple easy to find items to build your very own Stunt Buddy!
-Step by Step Instructions on how to use and incorporate the BASE System into your building training
-Over 90 drills including Baskets, Dismounts, Full Ups, Partner Stunts and Twisting Tick Tocks.
DOES IT WORK?
BASE was created by international building expert Kenny Feeley of Spring CDT during the COVID 19 pandemic. Kenny originally saw the system as a way to keep stunting alive. He quickly realized that the program had significant long term benefits as a way to improve stunt mechanics and build confidence. BASE teaches control, confidence & consistency, all 3 C’s that go into making a CHAMPION! It can be done in virtual practices, at the gym or at home!
